- When you first log in, this is the page you will see, except it will be personalised to your school.
Let's start with the buttons at the top of the page
- "Add a New Child for next week" - this is pretty self explanatory. If you click this button and follow the on-screen instructions, you can add a child to the lunch programme. If you complete this process before MIDNIGHT on a FRIDAY, then this lunch will start to arrive from MONDAY.
- "Print Children's ID's and Passwords" - if you have new children, or children have simply forgotten, you can print Login Sheets directly from this admin panel for them. For more info, click HERE
- "Print your school menu" - this button will bring up your school's personalised menu. You can print it, or save it as a PDF to email to parents/staff.
- "End of Year Panel" - this is for use in June. It contains all of the information that you need to process your application for next year, handy huh?
- "School Budget and invoices" - For this section, you will need your PIN number. If you don't have your PIN, please email us HERE. In this section, you can add your budget amount and see a breakdown of how long your funding will last. For more info, click HERE
- "Change a Child's Class" - this button allows you to move children from one class to another. For more info, click HERE
