Our Founder, Colm O’Brien attributes much of the company’s success to his being motivated by listening to and reading about Leaders in general and within industry.

Since 2011 he himself has spoken to and motivated hundreds of adults in audiences that range from 5 to 150, from people stepping tentatively out to start their own business to seasoned business professionals. His first book, 'Feeding Johnny', the Carambola story is due to be published early 2014.

Since May 2012, O'Brien took his passion for teaching into the classroom and has since spoken about Leadership,  Responsibility and Personal Wellbeing to literally hundreds of 5th and 6th class students in client schools. 

One Principal asked him, "What’s the difference,  you going into the class and telling them this stuff and me, as Head of School going in and saying the same?" O'Brien replied, "That's exactly the difference. It's not you. It's an outsider reinforcing your message."
