I forgot to place an order on Friday before Midnight, will my child get a lunch this week?
Your child's order will carry on, week after week, until you change it. So, if your child got a lunch last week and you did not update it on Friday, the same lunch will arrive this week for them.
I don’t have my User Name and/or Password?
Your user name is a number, which is located on the label on your bag. If you look at your bag label, underneath the child’s name there is a five or six digit number. This is your User Name/ID
Your password is “carambola” by default. If you have not changed your password, then this should work. If you have changed your password and can’t remember it, please call us on 1850-812300, or hit “forgot password” on the login page
My child has an allergy; what products are suitable?
All of our ingredients are listed on our website here. If you have an account already, you can log in and submit the allergies on the account by clicking “Amend Allergies” beneath the menu options. Once you submit your allergies, the system will automatically remove items which are unsuitable, so you cannot choose anything that could cause a problem.
My child’s allergy is not listed on your system?
Our Allergy List is based on the Food Safety Authority of Ireland’s list of the 14 main food allergens in Ireland. Unfortunately we cannot cater for every allergy, as there are so many variations. What does Halal mean?
On our menu we have the option of Halal Chicken; this chicken is suitable for a religious preference, mainly related to the Muslim religion. This chicken tastes the same as all other chicken, however it has been produced a different way.
I can’t log in, it says “Invalid Username or Password”
This message will appear for a couple of reasons:
· You clicked “School Login” and put in your details. This is the wrong Login section. To log in to edit your menu you must go to “Parent Login” or click here.
· Your password is spelled incorrectly. Passwords are CaSe and s p a c e sensitive. If you put in a capitol letter when you made your password, make sure you are putting it in now. Similarly, if you created your password in small letters, make sure that CAPS is not on.
· The details are in the wrong boxes. Sometimes people enter the numbers as the password. This is incorrect. The User ID is always the same 5 or 6 numbers, and the password will be letters (unless you have created a password with numbers)
· If you have tried all of these and can’t log in, please call us on 1850-812300
I can see an item on your menu but I can’t select it in the drop-down?
Each school has their own menu specification. Some schools have treats with their main lunch, some schools don’t, depending on their funding. Some schools restrict drinks to water only, some schools don’t. Please check with your school to see what items are available.
If your school does have these items available but you still can’t select them, it is likely to be because of an Allergy that you have submitted on the menu. Our allergy system will remove any items from the menu which may be unsuitable.
If I edit my order today will it change for tomorrow?
No. Our system is based on a weekly order, so changes midweek are not possible. The reason for this is so that we can order the correct fresh products on time each week.
Any changes made before Midnight on Friday, will come into effect the following Monday.
My menu was changed, but I didn’t do it
Occasionally we may have to replace items due to a Supply issue. If this happens, we will put a letter in each class room.
If you suspect that your menu was changed through someone accessing your account, please login and change your password immediately. Once your password is unique and private to yourself, no one is able to access your account.
